Front features an exceptional Thistle Decoration, artistically executed in the boldest of Slip-Trailed Cobalt. So large, in fact, that the makers stamp had to be placed well left of center. The photos are probably the best description for this Keeper. Condition : Professional surface restoration years ago back to Excellent overall condition.
There are some tiny chips noted on the inner rim and a small glaze flake on the left handle, as shown. Inherent glaze, surface and firing imperfections noted for descriptive accuracy.Displays brilliantly with fine color and decoration. Measures 13-1/4W x 12-1/2H overall with a base diameter of 12. The inner and outer rim diameters are 11 and 12-1/2, respectively; weighs 14.6 lbs!
