The shoulder area is embossed with a scalloped design, a variant seen on less than 50% of these pitchers. The cobalt blue sponging is a darker, richer blue infrequently seen on UHL pitchers as well. There are three sizes of UHL pitchers produced; one quart, two quart, & one gallon. The one quart pitcher is seldom seen by contrast to the more familiar two quart size.
It measures 6 3/8" in height, 3" in base diameter, & dates from 1905 - 1925. It's in immaculate condition with no nicks, damage or repairs whatsoever.
